Malaysian Customers Visit Our Factory and Experience Lifting Equipment

Recently, three customers from Malaysia visited our factory to conduct an in-depth tour and hands-on experience of our intelligent machine and lifting equipment. During the visit, they closely observed and operated several of our best-selling products, including the pneumatic manipulator, vacuum lifter, jib crane, and gantry crane system.

1. On-Site Demonstration and Hands-On Experience

Our engineering team provided detailed introductions and live demonstrations of each product’s working principle, safety features, and application scenarios. The customers personally operated the pneumatic manipulator, experiencing its smooth, precise motion control and effortless load handling. They also showed great interest in the vacuum lifter, which can easily handle glass panels, boxes, and metal sheets with high efficiency and safety.

The jib crane and overhead crane systems attracted special attention for their flexibility and modular design, suitable for various workshop layouts. The Malaysian clients appreciated the equipment’s ergonomic design and how it could significantly improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity in their facilities.
