We were honored to recently welcome a valued customer from Vietnam. This time, they conducted a final inspection of four pneumatic manipulators they had previously ordered. After a thorough inspection and on-site operational testing, they expressed high satisfaction with the performance and quality of our equipment.

These ergonomic manipulators are designed to accurately and safely handle heavy materials, significantly improving the efficiency of lifting, handling, and assembly processes. The customer praised the manipulators' smooth operation, flexible rotation, and stable structure, and noted that they perfectly met the operational needs of their production line.

1. Factory Acceptance and Operation Training Completely Successful

Our engineering team provided a comprehensive demonstration and training course for the Vietnamese technicians, covering installation, commissioning, and safe operating procedures. The pneumatic manipulators also underwent multiple functional tests, including load lifting, rotation, and automatic balancing. Each test result exceeded expectations, reinforcing the customer's confidence in our product quality and service.

2. New Project Negotiation and Future Collaboration

During this visit, the customer also provided a detailed overview of their upcoming material handling project for expansion. After in-depth discussions with our technical engineers, we reached a preliminary agreement to collaborate on a custom design and development of a new lifting equipment system tailored to their factory layout and process requirements.
