Working principle
The operator starts the equipment through the control handle or control panel;
The intelligent hoist starts and drives the manipulator to rise or fall;
The cantilever rotating structure drives the entire cantilever to rotate and move the workpiece from point A to point B;
The manipulator clamp automatically adjusts the clamping force according to the shape of the workpiece;
The workpiece is accurately placed at the target position, and the system automatically decelerates and stops.

Structural composition
1. Column:
Made of high-strength seamless steel pipe or steel, it bears the weight of the whole machine and ensures a stable and reliable structure.
2. Intelligent Electric Hoist:
Built-in sensors and control chips, with overload detection, speed adjustment, slow start, slow stop and other functions.
3. Cantilever Arm:
The beam can be rotated, supporting 270° or 360° rotation, driving the electric hoist or manipulator to cover the required operating area.
4. Electric manipulator end effector:
It can be equipped with a variety of fixtures (vacuum suction cups, grippers, magnetic suction heads, etc.) to adapt to workpieces of different shapes and materials.
5. Control system:
It supports button boxes, joysticks, wireless remote controls, and can even be connected to the MES system to achieve intelligent linkage.
